Role Description
Tab Construction is looking for a candidate who can follow through from beginning to end. This position will oversee project estimating, planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely and efficient completion. The Project Manager day-to-day rsponsibilities include coordinating logistics, supervising inspections, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety requirements. Effective communication and leadership will be integral in liaising with clients, team members, and vendors.
Qualifications

Knowledge of ProCore, BlueBeam, Excel

Project takeoffs using Agtek
-
Procure material and subcontractor quotes/orders

Use Sage or similar software to track project costs and profits

Interface with project foremen and superintendents

Negotiate Contracts and interface with General Contractors

Prepare and submit: permits, submittals, change orders, pay applications

Manage large amounts of information and maintain project schedules

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus

Experience in the underground utilities or excavation industry is highly desirable
