Job Overview
The Commercial Pipelayer is responsible for the installation, alignment, and connection of underground piping systems. You’ll work closely with operators and laborers to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to spec.
What You'll Do

Install, cut, and lay pipe for storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water systems in Aston, PA and surrounding counties

Connect piping systems and seal joints to ensure proper functionality and compliance

Dig trenches to specified depths and perform grading and leveling using hand tools and tampers

Spread dirt, stone, and asphalt using shovels and rakes to support site development

Install and repair underground utility structures and pipeline systems

Maintain clean, organized tools and job sites

Follow work orders, site plans, and supervisor instructions to complete projects accurately and on schedule

Help ensure a safe work environment at all times

Proven experience with storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water system installation

Ability to lift 80+ pounds and perform physically demanding labor consistently

Ability to stand, bend, and work for extended periods outdoors

Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

Clear communication skills and ability to follow directions on active job sites

OSHA 10 certification preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire

Strong work ethic, dependable, and a team player

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to various job sites

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pipe Layer in commercial site development
